The responsibilities include owning brand-level performance analysis, co-owning the brand data layer, building dashboards, ensuring data integrity, analyzing acquisition and retention, surfacing insights, and supporting the preparation of proposals and business cases. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience delivering commercial or brand-level analytics in e-commerce, retail, or consumer businesses and the ability to be in the office 3 days a week. **Lead Analytics Engineer:** This on-site position focuses on building the data foundation that powers Healf's growth. The Lead Analytics Engineer will own the dbt transformation layer, shape the Snowflake environment, and build scalable analytics-ready pipelines. Key responsibilities include architecting dbt models, building and optimizing the Snowflake environment, unifying ingestion pipelines, establishing best practices, enabling insight generation, and mentoring other analytics engineers.
