HALO, with its 11-50 employees, is currently seeking to fill several on-site positions. HALO has three open positions. **Fulfillment (1st Shift):** This is an on-site position at the Silicon Valley, CA Fulfillment Center, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Pacific Time. The Fulfillment Operator is responsible for receiving, shipping, and managing inventory of HALO’s products. Key duties include loading and unloading trucks, putting away stock, operating forklifts, counting inventory, tracking packages, preparing packages, and processing shipments. A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older, able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted, and able to push and pull up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts. 1+ years of warehouse receiving experience and forklift certification/license are preferred. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour. **Jefferson City: Overnight PRN:** This is an on-site, part-time position at the Jefferson City Girls Home in Jefferson City, MO. The role is for overnight relief staff (PRN). Overnight shifts run from 8 PM to 8 AM, 7 nights a week. This role is for female applicants only. The hourly pay is $17.00. Responsibilities include engaging with residents, responding to emergencies, performing custodial duties, and assisting with residents' needs. Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma. Must pass Med-Tech Certification and CPR Certification, and Class E license as provided by HALO. Must be at least 21 years of age. **HALO Jefferson City Home Relief Staff (PRN):** This is an on-site, seasonal position at the Jefferson City Girls Home in Jefferson City, MO. The position has a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Shifts are available on any schedule. Responsibilities include engaging with residents, assisting with daily activities, and facilitating evening and weekend activities. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and female applicants only. A high school diploma is required. Understanding of the HALO Mission, and a willingness to help make HALO a better place each day. Must pass Med-Tech Certification and CPR Certification, and Class E license as provided by HALO. The roles require skills in several technology areas, including: Inventory Management, Forklift Operation, Shipping, Receiving, Team Collaboration, Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Communication, Engagement, Critical Thinking, Organizational Skills, Custodial Duties, Safety Monitoring, Relationship Building, Emergency Response, Activity Facilitation, Driving, Teamwork, Supervision, Training, Time Management, and Maintenance. Additionally, some positions require basic computer skills and the use of mobile phones for clocking in/out. HALO has both on-site and remote work arrangements. The Fulfillment position is an on-site role in Silicon Valley, CA.
