Associate Specialist, Logistics:** This role is located in Estado de México. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate data entry in operational management systems, managing information for operational decision-making, and managing information provided to the client. Key responsibilities include updating client product information in the SAP system, generating inventory reports, generating shipping guides, following up on orders, and reporting arrivals for client review. Requirements include a completed higher education, at least 1 year of experience in logistics operations within distribution centers, knowledge of administrative processes, advanced Excel skills, and mandatory SAP experience. **2. Lead:** This on-site position is in Quilicura. The Lead will lead a team of operators through task assignment, task supervision and generating solutions to conflicts through data analysis. The Lead is also responsible for ensuring a safe work environment. This role is responsible for the assignment of tasks and start-of-shift meetings with staff to guarantee processes are in accordance with the standards of the company. Requirements include a technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or a related field; at least two years of experience in operational team supervision within the logistics sector; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas); intermediate English (desirable); desirable SAP experience; and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). **3. Analyst, Transportation:** This on-site role is located in Estado de México. The Analyst, Transportation, will coordinate and control yard operations, ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely flow of units, trailers, and operators. This includes ensuring compliance with operational plans, loading and unloading schedules, and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating dock assignments and unit scheduling, ensuring loading and unloading times are met, ensuring dock safety, maintaining communication with carriers, operations, and clients, and reporting metrics such as turnaround time. Requirements include a degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in shipping or traffic coordination; essential experience in dock, yard, and traffic management; knowledge of dock and yard safety regulations; advanced Excel skills; and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Knowledge of warehouse layouts and traffic flow is also essential.
