The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering, with experience in a food manufacturing facility preferred. Up to 10% travel per year may be required. * **Sanitation Supervisor:** This role ensures food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance by leading the sanitation team and overseeing cleaning operations.
