This position is an 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday. * **Controller:** Two on-site Controller positions are available. These positions involve overseeing and elevating financial operations. The Controller will lead all accounting functions and ensure compliance with GAAP, CMS, and healthcare-specific regulations. They will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Additional responsibilities include providing revenue cycle oversight, implementing and monitoring internal controls, supporting operational finance, and supervising the accounting and finance team. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and at least 5 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Travel between clinic locations and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required, may be necessary. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
