Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology roles within a B2B organization. This position requires quarterly domestic travel. This on-site role focuses on supporting the Human Resources team across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities encompass employee onboarding and offboarding, HR administration and recordkeeping, benefits administration support, recruiting and hiring support, employee engagement, training, communication, compliance, policy support, and general HR support. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role. This on-site role focuses on acting as the primary orchestrator of channel revenue streams. This position will involve growing Microsoft channel-driven revenue and strategic alliances. Key responsibilities include executing joint GTM and partner-led growth initiatives (specifically in the Microsoft/CMMC space), enabling internal sales teams and managing partner-sourced pipeline in Salesforce, and more.
