Key responsibilities encompass employee onboarding and offboarding, HR administration and recordkeeping, benefits administration support, recruiting and hiring support, employee engagement, training, communication, compliance, policy support, and general HR support. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role. This on-site role focuses on acting as the primary orchestrator of channel revenue streams. This position will involve growing Microsoft channel-driven revenue and strategic alliances. Key responsibilities include executing joint GTM and partner-led growth initiatives (specifically in the Microsoft/CMMC space), enabling internal sales teams and managing partner-sourced pipeline in Salesforce, and more. Candidates should have 5+ years in Channel Sales/Alliances and Partner Management within cybersecurity and cloud services. The posted salary range is $125,000 - $140,000 annually, with an OTE of $160,000 - $210,000. Travel up to 40% of the time will be required.
