This remote position involves verifying property occupancy and reporting on general property conditions using a mobile application. Inspections are primarily exterior, with about 10% requiring interior photos after vacancy. Inspectors work as independent contractors at a county level, completing all inspections within their assigned county. The most common type of inspection takes 5-6 minutes. Inspectors must complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned, report general property conditions, and make an occupancy determination based on industry standards, taking 9+ photos of the property with brief comments. A short form in an app must be completed. This role requires spending extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory. The technology stack for this role includes Time Management, Property Inspection, Photography, and Mobile Application Usage. Other skills include Communication, Driving, Reliability, and Attention to Detail. These positions are remote, offering independent contractors the flexibility to work on their own schedule.
