Executive Aviation is currently hiring for three on-site positions: * **Station Manager:** The Station Manager role is available in Sudbury (YSB). Responsibilities include managing a team of approximately 20 people, including Assistant Station Managers, Leads, Customer Service Agents, and Ground Handlers. The Station Manager will be responsible for promoting a safe and positive work environment. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ aviation ground handling or airline experience and minimum 3 years’ management experience. They must also have strong organizational and communication skills. Must hold a valid RAIC/Security clearance for airside access, and be proficient in Excel and Word. On-call availability is required. * **Customer Service Agent:** A Customer Service Agent position is available in Prince George (YXS). Responsibilities include assisting passengers with check-in, supporting self-serve kiosks, preparing aircraft for on-time departures, facilitating deplaning and boarding of passengers, greeting arriving passengers, following airline-specific check-in procedures, and working with airline crew. The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hour. Applicants must have a minimum of two years in a customer-facing role, be punctual and reliable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and a great communicator. Shift work, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and/or holidays is required. Candidates must meet all conditions of employment, including a Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada and a criminal background check. * **Ground Handler:** Executive Aviation is seeking Ground Handlers for their Halifax Below the Wing team at the Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ). Ground Handler responsibilities include ensuring airline procedures are followed, operating ground service equipment, marshalling aircraft, sorting, loading, and offloading baggage, servicing aircraft water and lavatories, and removing debris from ramp areas. The salary range for this position is $19.50 - $23.25/hour. Flexibility is required to work shift work, including early mornings, days, late evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Candidates must be able to stand, lift, bend, crouch, kneel, and push and pull for extended periods. The ability to consistently lift up to 70lbs/32kgs is required. They must wear safety wear, and must meet all conditions of employment, including a Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada, a criminal background check, and a valid driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract.
