The role requires advanced proficiency in systems such as Asana, Outlook, and Teams, and the ability to report to the office quarterly, at a minimum. * **Sr. Project Manager - Residential:** This full-time, exempt position reports to the Residential Sector Lead and is located in the Portland Metro Area, Oregon. The competitive starting salary is $81,600 – $102,800, with a full pay range of $81,600 - $124,000, commensurate with skills and experience. The application deadline is 2/20/26. The Sr. Project Manager – Residential will support the development and delivery of innovative programs and initiatives within the Residential sector, including overseeing federally funded Home Energy Rebates Programs. This position is expected to report to the Portland office quarterly, at a minimum. * **Internal Audit Specialist:** This full-time, exempt position reports to the Compliance Manager. The compensation is a competitive starting salary of $70,200 - $87,500, with a full pay range of $70,200 - $103,800, based on experience. The anticipated start date is Q1 2026. This hybrid role is based in the Portland Metro Area, Oregon. The Internal Audit Specialist will be responsible for ensuring financial compliance and accuracy in financial operations, including performing internal compliance audits and participating in process improvement projects. The position will report to the Portland office quarterly, at a minimum. Energy Trust of Oregon utilizes various technologies and software in its operations. The specific tech stack varies by role, but includes: * **Sr. Administrative Assistant - Contractor:** Asana, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. * **Sr. Project Manager - Residential:** This role requires skills in Energy Efficiency, Customer Segmentation, and Program Implementation. * **Internal Audit Specialist:** SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Mural, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
