All positions require on-site work and involve providing mental health services in the greater Richmond area, including the city of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Petersburg, and Hanover. **Job 1:** Community Based QMHP Mental Health Counselor Chesterfield This position requires a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registered with the Board of Counseling. Responsibilities include providing Intensive In-home and Mental Health Skill Building Services. Key duties encompass community-based client visits, one-on-one counseling, skill building for adults with serious mental illness, client appointments and resource linking, case management, individual and family counseling for children and adolescents, service plan completion, quarterly reports, progress notes, service authorization information, supervision, and team meetings. The position is specifically for the Chesterfield area. **Job 2:** Community Based Mental Health Counselor (QMHP) This position also requires a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). Duties mirror those in the first position, including community-based client visits, counseling, skill building, appointment support, case management, individual and family counseling, service plan completion, quarterly reports, progress notes, service authorization, supervision, and team meetings. Applicants must be registered with the Board of Counseling as a QMHP. **Job 3:** QMHP-C Intensive In-home Clinician Counselor This full-time position requires a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registered with the Department of Health Professions as a QMHP-C. The role focuses on providing Intensive In-home Services. Responsibilities include community-based client visits, one-on-one counseling, family systems work, case management, individual and family counseling, service plan completion, quarterly reports, progress notes, service authorization, supervision, team meetings, and ongoing communication with a Clinical Supervisor. The positions utilize the following technologies and skills: Mental Health Counseling, Case Management, Skill Building, Individual Counseling, Family Counseling, Client Referrals, Resource Linking, Supervision, Progress Notes, Service Plans, Client Advocacy, Team Collaboration, Client Communication, and Authorization of Services. All three positions are on-site, requiring counselors to work in the community, such as client's homes.
