Applicants must be registered with the Board of Counseling as a QMHP. **Job 3:** QMHP-C Intensive In-home Clinician Counselor This full-time position requires a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registered with the Department of Health Professions as a QMHP-C. The role focuses on providing Intensive In-home Services. Responsibilities include community-based client visits, one-on-one counseling, family systems work, case management, individual and family counseling, service plan completion, quarterly reports, progress notes, service authorization, supervision, team meetings, and ongoing communication with a Clinical Supervisor.
