They will also submit marketing swag item requests and business cards to the EEG Marketing Team. Moreover, the role involves designing and implementing strategies to recruit students, developing and maintaining quadrant-level promotional materials, utilizing social media and community canvassing to generate enrollment leads, distributing flyers and yard signs, working with the school to meet enrollment targets, collaborating with local businesses, assisting with community service projects, and reaching out to local media outlets. **Daily/Weekly tasks** Include content creation, planning, capturing and editing photos and videos of daily classroom activities and special events, and ensuring a steady stream of content highlighting the school's environment, activities, and achievements. Also, includes posting updates on various social media channels to keep internal families informed and engage the external community, ensuring timely, relevant content aligns with the school's values and messaging and monitoring school-level social media accounts. **Monthly tasks** Include the development and updating of a social media calendar to plan posts and campaigns, ensuring a balanced mix of content types and themes, compiling and analyzing data on social media performance and submitting a detailed monthly report, and coordinating all digital content. **Quarterly/As Needed tasks** Include planning and implementing targeted social media campaigns and coordinating with the EEG Marketing Team for any required support or alignment with broader marketing strategies. Additionally, it includes working with the EEG Marketing Team to update the school's quadrant website. **Annual Tasks** Involve conducting an annual social media strategy review and planning for the upcoming year.
