Eastwood Park currently has three open positions: * **Food & Beverage Manager:** This on-site role involves contributing to the overall management of the Country House, with responsibility for the Food & Beverage department, events, and all associated staff. The Food & Beverage Manager will lead by example and motivate the team, committing to high standards and service, and exceeding customer expectations. Candidates need experience working within a hotel or Food & Beverage establishment in a similar role. Level 2 Food Safety is essential, with a willingness to complete Level 3. The position is full-time, working 40 hours per week over 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays, and includes 2 sleep-in Duty Manager shifts per week. * **Chef de Partie:** This on-site position involves working as part of the Country House kitchen team, assisting with the preparation of food for meal times and special functions. Candidates should have previous experience working in a role at a similar level, ideally in a hotel/events environment and a good understanding of COSHH and HACCP. The role is for 40 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * **Food & Beverage Supervisor:** This on-site role entails working as part of the Country House team, assisting with the day-to-day running of the F&B operation, achieving and maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency. Candidates should have previous experience working in a high-quality restaurant/establishment at a similar level and experience of supervising people and motivating a team. The role is for 37 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
