East Tennessee Behavioral Health is seeking qualified professionals for the following roles: * **PRN Therapist:** This on-site position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field and at least one year of experience working with a comparable patient population. The PRN Therapist will assess, diagnose, and provide clinical services for individuals and families with behavioral health disorders. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, group, or family therapy, maintaining documentation, and participating in treatment team meetings. Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligibility for state licensure is required, along with CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification. First aid may be required based on state or facility. * **Director of Admissions Acute:** The Director of Admissions Acute position is on-site. This role requires a Master’s Degree in a Human Services Field or an RN nursing license. Three plus years’ experience in healthcare-related admissions is preferred. Three years of work experience as a Director of Admissions in a Behavioral health facility is preferred. The Director will lead the Admissions Department, implement strategic plans, and oversee admissions and intake processes. Responsibilities include providing leadership, directing potential clients to treatment, addressing quality management issues, assigning evaluations, conducting quality assurance programs, performing follow-up communications, developing and implementing program policies and procedures, making hiring decisions, serving as a clinical liaison, improving departmental efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulations, recruiting, training, and supervising staff, managing department finances, and determining admissions best practices. CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification is required. First aid may be required based on state or facility. * **Director Clinical Services:** The Director of Clinical Services position is on-site. This role requires a License-bearing Master’s or Doctorate degree in Behavioral or Mental Health and a minimum of 4 years’ experience working with the clinical population of the facility, and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. This role provides leadership and clinical oversight to ensure clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Responsibilities include strategic direction to clinical teams, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, promoting a culture of accountability, providing clinical consultation, supervising, mentoring, and supporting clinical staff, program development, quality and compliance oversight, collaboration, and communication with hospital leadership, staff, and external partners. This role also involves crisis intervention efforts. Independently Licensed Clinician – e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist license is required.
