EAST HOUSE CORPORATION has three open positions: * **Mental Health Residential Assistant Program Manager:** This on-site role involves leading others to success within the residential program. The Assistant Program Manager will assist in managing employee performance, facilitate client case reviews, manage the therapeutic community and facility, and maintain their own caseload. Compensation is between $20.15 - $25.15 per hour. Educational requirements include an Associates’ Degree in human services with three years’ paid experience in a human services related field, or a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in human services or equivalent combination of education and experience. NYS motor vehicle license, a safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work is required. OMH licensed programs require a Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined by OMH Residential regulations, while OASAS licensed programs require an Advanced Counselor CASAC or other QHP as defined by OASAS Operating Regulations. Supervisory experience is preferred. There are three levels for this role: Counselor, Counselor II, and Sr. Counselor. All levels require a NYS motor vehicle license, a safe driving record and availability of a personal vehicle for work. For OASAS licensed programs, CASAC-T is required if the individual does not have a Bachelor's in the field. Must be Qualified Mental Health Staff as defined by OMH Residential regulations required for work in OMH licensed programs. Provisional Qualified Health Professional Status or CASAC-T per OASAS Operating Regulations is required in OASAS licensed programs. Counselor requirements are as follows: * **Counselor:** Minimum Education/Experience: High School + 2-5 years of experience; OR, Associates + 1-3 years of experience; OR, Bachelors + 0-1 years of experience. * **Counselor II:** Minimum Education/Experience: High School + 4-6 years of experience; OR, Associates + 2-4 years of experience; OR, Bachelors + 1-3 years of experience. * **Sr. Counselor:** Minimum Education/Experience: High School + 6-8 years of experience; OR, Associates + 4-6 years of experience; OR, Bachelors + 3-5 years of experience. * **Health Home Plus Care Manager:** This position is hybrid, with a mix of on-site and remote work. The Health Home Plus Care Manager provides comprehensive care management to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, and physical health challenges. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in a qualifying field and one (1) year of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in a qualifying field and two (2) years of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field with either three (3) years of qualifying experience, OR two (2) years of experience as a Health Home Care Manager serving SMI or SED populations. A valid NYS Driver’s License is required.
