DreamPak is seeking qualified individuals for the following on-site positions: * **Shipping & Receiving Operator - 1st Shift:** This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of relevant experience. The shift is 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities include ensuring proper identification and marking of incoming materials, following work instructions for shipping customer orders, managing inventory with the ERP system, maintaining a clean warehouse, pulling orders, operating a forklift, driving the company vehicle, and acting as a backup to the Materials Handler and Warehouse Lead. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record, be able to stand for extended periods, and lift 50lbs unassisted. Experience with computers and Microsoft products is required. This role includes a competitive hourly wage, full comprehensive benefits, a 401K retirement program, paid time off, and holiday pay. * **General Laborer:** This on-site position in New Berlin, Wisconsin, requires a high school diploma or equivalent. The General Laborer will perform manual/physical labor tasks to assist production and operations, including hand packing/stacking, rework, and sort operations. Applicants must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, multi-task, work independently, and collaborate with team members. * **Sanitation Technician - 2nd Shift:** This on-site Production department role involves ensuring that all manufacturing equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and handled according to company standards. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in an industrial GMP plant or janitorial industry, and experience working with chemicals. The shift is 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM, Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The Technician will clean production lines, move and dismantle equipment, operate a forklift, clean the production floor and office areas, and act as a backup to the Lead Sanitation Technician. Applicants must have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others. The candidate must be able to stand for 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
