Responsibilities include quarterly on-site visits (6 hours/visit) to complete food safety and sanitation audits, meal/dining observation audits, and nutrition referrals for high-risk residents. Candidates must possess an Ohio RD license. The roles require expertise in several areas. These include: Registered Dietitian, Clinical Nutrition, Nutrition Education, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Coaching, Mentoring, Nutritional Care Systems, Regulatory Compliance, Policy Development. Additional skills and experience that may be needed include teamwork, sanitation best practices, meal rounds, consulting experience, long-term care experience, task prioritization, nutrition assessment, food safety, and meal observation audits. All the listed positions are on-site roles. Some positions offer flexible schedules within a Monday-Friday work week.
