Destination Hospitality LLC is currently hiring for three open positions: * **FOH Bartender:** This on-site position requires the Bartender to be the steward of the Destination Hospitality bar experience. Responsibilities include crafting drinks, engaging guests, and maintaining the bar. Core responsibilities include executing bar service standards, managing inventory, and following safety procedures. Job-specific requirements include providing genuine hospitality, guiding guests through menus, and making recommendations. The compensation is Tipped Minimum Wage plus gratuities. Benefits for full-time/year-round team members include health insurance eligibility with a pre-tax health insurance benefit contribution of up to $125 per pay period (up to $3,250 annually), medical, dental, vision, and accident plans available, up to 40 hours PTO accrued per 2,080 hours worked, and tuition reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year for pre-approved, industry-related coursework. * **FOH Server:** There are two openings for FOH Server positions. Both are on-site roles. The Server is the primary host of the guest experience on the dining room floor. Servers guide guests through their dining experience with confidence and warmth. Core responsibilities include executing service with attention to detail, accurately entering orders, and maintaining cleanliness. Job-specific requirements include providing genuine hospitality and making recommendations. Compensation is Tipped Minimum Wage plus gratuities.
