The position is primarily in-office with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include maintaining client management system information, modifying existing policies, gathering customer information, processing new policies and claims, and assisting with client retention. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and six months of similar or related experience. Customer service and a Property and Casualty insurance background are preferred, but not required. The technology stack used at Deseret First Credit Union includes: Microsoft Office Suite. The Insurance Agency utilizes Hawksoft as its client management system and Quomation for its quoting vendor.
