Responsibilities include responding to all artists and artist studio needs, managing checklists and loans, liaising with other gallery staff regarding all aspects of inventory & exhibition management, assisting the Directors in sending out and monitoring offers, managing the Director’s sales, preparing insurance appraisals and valuations, providing sales support as needed, creating and managing client lists, organizing the Director's schedule, and managing the Directors’ inboxes. The position is paid hourly with overtime eligibility, offering a salary of $60k.
