Crossroads is a respected nonprofit organization providing addiction and behavioral health treatment. Currently, Crossroads is hiring for three open positions. Crossroads is actively recruiting for the following on-site positions: * **Residential Clinician:** This full or part-time position supports women in the residential substance use treatment program in Windham, Maine. This role offers a sign-on bonus: $2,500 for fully licensed LCSW or LCPC clinicians and $1,500 for conditionally licensed (LMSW-CC or LCPC-CC) or LADCs. Responsibilities include completing psycho-social evaluations, providing individual, group, and family therapy, participating in weekly clinical team meetings, completing proper documentation, developing and maintaining positive professional relationships, participating in meetings and committees, representing Crossroads' philosophy, supporting the team, and attending meetings. Desired qualifications include an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, and clinical licensure (LADC, LCSW, LCPC, LMSW-C, LCPC-C). Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting and experience in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders & Trauma. * **Personal Care Coordinator:** Crossroads is also hiring for the Personal Care Coordinator position. Responsibilities include ensuring client safety, following program schedules, supporting healthy boundaries, maintaining a positive environment, facilitating medication observation, transporting clients to appointments, and ensuring policy compliance. Qualifications include a valid driver's license, MHRT-1 or CRMA 40 hours, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the mental health or substance use field. * **Personal Care Coordinator:** Crossroads is also hiring for the Personal Care Coordinator position. Responsibilities include ensuring client safety, following program schedules, supporting healthy boundaries, maintaining a positive environment, facilitating medication observation, transporting clients to appointments, and ensuring policy compliance. Qualifications include a valid driver's license, MHRT-1 or CRMA 40 hours, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain), and a minimum of 1 year of experience in the mental health or substance use field.
