CPPI is currently hiring for three positions: * **Senior Project Manager or Project Director (Tampa):** This on-site role involves serving as the primary point of contact for complex or multiple projects. Responsibilities include managing team performance, cost, quality, schedule, and safety. The Senior Project Manager will also maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. The minimum requirements include authorization to work in the United States, a Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred, 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, building design, or site development, a valid driver's license, proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication skills. OSHA certification, supervisory experience, and experience managing multiple concurrent projects are preferred. * **Entry Level Accounting Coordinator (Gainesville):** This on-site position provides administrative and accounting support to the Accounting Department. The role involves assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, job cost data entry, and maintaining financial records. The minimum requirements include authorization to work in the United States, a high school diploma or GED (an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is strongly preferred), 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, experience using accounting software, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * **Commercial Construction, Assistant Project Manager, Fort Myers:** This is an on-site role that supports and coordinates construction projects. The Assistant Project Manager manages subcontractor performance and supports the Project Manager. The minimum requirements include authorization to work in the United States, a valid driver’s license, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. The candidate must be self-motivated, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
