Key competencies include excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, sales orientation, and a focus on results. A high school diploma or GED is required; a university degree is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer management, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG), is required. The position requires skills in English and Spanish and reliable transportation.
