The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for posting payments, leading the insurance division of the front office, and quoting procedures and treatment plans. Candidates should have experience with Dentrix, and familiarity with PPO and some Medicaid insurance plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills. Duties include batching and sending insurance, following up on claims and denials, sending pre-authorizations, collecting money, closing the finances for the day, and preparing the financial portion of the treatment plan. A high school diploma or associates degree is required. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. * **Dental Assistant Entry Level Chairside:** This is an on-site, entry-level position where the right person will be trained. X-ray experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
