Coilplus Inc is currently hiring for the following roles: * **Quality Manager:** This on-site role is responsible for the continued development and implementation of division-wide quality control programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include analyzing quality data, initiating corrective actions, providing technical support, and managing the APQP process. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering, Math, or Science (or a BA in Business with relevant experience) and 7+ years of experience in production supervision, engineering, or quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. ASQ certification and CQE are preferred. Previous experience in the metal industry is a plus. * **Territory Manager:** This on-site position involves developing new prospects, interacting with existing customers, and increasing sales within a defined territory. The Territory Manager will monitor market conditions, work with the marketing department, and build customer relationships. Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management abilities. An Associate degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in metal sales, is required. * **Material Handler- Mid:** This on-site role involves performing production activities to maintain the flow of work. The Material Handler will transport, load, unload, and store steel coils, inspect and assist in packaging coils, manage scrap, and complete necessary paperwork. Candidates should have basic reading and writing comprehension in English, proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Forklift and Crane Operator certifications are required. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 2nd shift (2:15 pm – 10:30 pm).
