The attorney will assist senior attorneys with renewable energy project development transactions, including due diligence, drafting legal documents, and coordinating closings. Candidates need experience with construction, equipment procurement, power sales, and operations and maintenance contracts (e.g., EPCs, O&Ms, PPAs, LTSAs, energy services agreements, and equipment supply contracts). Strong deal management, organizational, drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are required. The base salary is $175,000+, with potential for bonuses. 2. **Renewable Energy Junior/Mid-Level Real Estate Attorney:** This is a fully remote role seeking a Real Estate associate with 3-5 years of experience in the Real Estate practice of a recognized national or regional law firm. The attorney will assist senior attorneys in all aspects of real estate transactions. This includes due diligence, drafting legal documents, reviewing title and survey, researching legal issues, and coordinating the closing process. Candidates need experience leading due diligence, reviewing title and survey, drafting agreements and supporting transactional work. Strong deal management, organizational, drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are required. The base salary is $190,000+, with potential for bonuses. 3. **Renewable Energy Junior Finance Attorney:** Clean Energy Counsel seeks a fully remote junior finance associate. This role requires 2-5 years of law firm experience, ideally in the renewable energy sector. The attorney will work on debt financings, including syndicated and traditional project financings. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary agreements. Strong organization, drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are required.
