Pay rates are subject to change based on the acuity of the patient, difficulty of staffing, and location. Some positions offer an accelerated rate, sign-on bonuses up to $2500, and case-specific bonuses. Responsibilities for this position include: assisting with patient treatment and rehabilitation by performing nursing procedures, participating in assessment planning, implementing, and evaluating all patient care, providing health counseling, including emotional support and parental education, and coordination of care with all other agencies and physician offices involved in patient care. Employees in the RN/LVN Pediatric Home Health Nurse positions will utilize a tech stack that includes: Patient Care, Nursing Procedures, Health Counseling, Emotional Support, Parental Education, Assessment Planning, Implementing Care, Evaluating Care, Collaboration, Self Motivation, Flexibility, CPR Certification, Driver's License, Auto Insurance, Mobility, and Electronic Charting System.
