Charis Hearts Inc is a statewide provider of homecare services through the TennCare CHOICES program. Charis Hearts Inc is currently hiring for 3 Caregiver positions. The Caregiver positions are on-site and involve providing non-medical in-home and/or community care based on the Client Service Plan. Responsibilities include client support and care such as performing client wellness checks, assisting with admission documents, training other caregivers on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and providing non-medical support. Caregivers are also responsible for compliance and documentation, which includes following all rules, policies, and procedures, submitting required documentation accurately and on time, adhering to individual service plans, and maintaining client confidentiality. Safety and reporting are also key responsibilities. Caregivers must immediately report any incidents of injury or suspected abuse or neglect. Varying shifts are available Sunday through Saturday based on client needs.
