The Life Enrichment Assistant will help enhance self-esteem and psychosocial well-being, while maintaining or improving physical and mental ability based on resident preferences. This position will involve planning and facilitating monthly off-campus trips, facilitating activities, preparing for activity programs, assisting with campus-wide activities, keeping bulletin boards up to date, creating calendars and flyers, decorating the campus, and ensuring timely mail delivery. The employee is required to maintain a resource file, serve on committees and attend resident care plan meetings and the employee will also be responsible for creating and developing the monthly calendar and all appropriate flyers. The role will require a full-time schedule, which includes working some holidays. Previous experience, strong supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and judgement and decision making skills are required, a high school diploma is also required. * **Director of Facility Services:** Chandler Hall is seeking an Interim or Interim to permanent Director of Facilities to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance, Housekeeping, Grounds and Transportation departments. The Director of Facilities will be responsible for facilities management and ensuring all facilities are well maintained and in good working order. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who can provide direction and motivation to the team and be hands-on. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, exterior and interior maintenance, budget preparation and monthly reporting, inventory management, a monthly maintenance schedule, project development, safety training, and fire safety. The position requires a minimum of five years of experience in facilities management within a long-term care community. HVAC experience is strongly preferred.
