Central 1 currently has three open positions. **Executive Assistant to the CFO-(Hybrid)**: This role involves providing administrative support to the CFO, who is responsible for Central 1’s Finance function. Key responsibilities include office and administrative management, support to the CFO, finance and committee support, support to senior leadership and staff, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives and a Community College diploma in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 CAD. **Senior Business Analyst-(Hybrid)**: As a Senior Business Analyst on Central 1’s Client Delivery team, you will partner with clients and collaborate with internal project teams to deliver software implementations for online banking and payment platforms. Responsibilities include client and project delivery, discovery and documentation, technical and engineering collaboration, testing, deployment, and launch. The candidate must have 5+ years of relevant experience and 3+ years of consulting and/or project management experience. A university degree in computer science, business, or another related discipline with an IT focus is required. A financial services background is preferred. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 CAD. **Senior Business Analyst, 6-month term-(Hybrid)**: This is a temporary, 6-month term position based in either the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, or the Lower Mainland, BC. This Senior Business Analyst position will work on the Client Delivery team, partnering with clients and internal project teams to deliver software implementations for online banking and payment platforms. The responsibilities and requirements are similar to the permanent Senior Business Analyst role. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 CAD per annum. The roles require skills in various areas. The Executive Assistant position will use skills in Office and Administrative Management, Workflow Organization, Filing Systems Maintenance, and Expense Reporting. Both Senior Business Analyst roles require experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Client Relationship Management, Requirements Documentation, Risk Management, Testing Coordination, and Financial Management.
