CENTER FOR POSITIVE CHANGES (CFPC) is a 6-bed, Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) dedicated to assessing and addressing the unique behavioral health needs of children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth. CENTER FOR POSITIVE CHANGES is currently hiring for three positions: * **Head of Service/ Licensed Therapist-Kenora:** This on-site position, located at the CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS- SAN DIEGO in San Diego, CA 92120, offers a salary range of $72,000 to $84,000 USD. The Head of Service provides Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and clinical direction to Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialists (MHRS). Qualifications include being registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and holding an LMFT, AMFT, LPCC, APCC, LCSW, or ACSW license. At least two years of experience in a residential treatment facility or outpatient mental health program is required. * **Youth Support Specialist:** This on-site position is also located at the CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS- SAN DIEGO in San Diego, CA 92120. The hourly rate is $24.00. The Youth Support Specialist provides one-on-one services to youth exhibiting high-risk behaviors. Candidates must possess either a Bachelor's degree (if hired after January 1, 2017) or at least 5 years of experience working at a STRTP or similar population. * **SUD Group Facilitator:** This on-site position is located at Center For Progressive Wellness in San Diego, CA 92115. The hourly rate is $25.00. The SUD Group Facilitator delivers developmentally appropriate substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services to adolescents aged 12-17 in an outpatient setting. Candidates must be registered or certified with a recognized and accredited Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) certification entity in California, such as RADT, CADC, or CATC. The schedule is approximately 9–16 hours per week, primarily on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings.
