Catholic Eldercare is actively hiring for the following roles: * **Cook - Assisted Living:** A part-time cook is sought for the Assisted Living facility. The schedule requires working every Friday, every other Saturday, and every other Sunday from 7:30 am to 4 pm, with rotating holidays. This role requires three years of culinary experience, preferred commissary or institutional kitchen experience, and a ServSafe Certification. A culinary degree is preferred but not required. The cook will prep according to production sheets and provide general kitchen support, reporting to the Dining Manager and the Director. * **Registered Nurse - AM/PM Long Term Care:** Full-time and part-time RN positions are available within the skilled nursing facility. There are part-time AM shifts available from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, and full-time and part-time PM shifts from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. This position requires working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and alternate holidays. Applicants must possess a current RN license in the State of Minnesota and a minimum of one year of RN experience. The RN will be responsible for meeting the needs of the resident by following the plan of care, and reporting and responding to changes in condition. * **CNA - Overnight Shift:** Catholic Eldercare is seeking a Registered Nursing Assistant for the Skilled Nursing Facility in Northeast Minneapolis. Both part-time and full-time positions are available for the overnight shift, which runs from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. The schedule includes every other weekend and alternate holidays. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and possess a current Minnesota CNA license. The CNA provides direct personal care to residents, assisting them with activities of daily living. The roles utilize a variety of skills and technologies. The Cook position involves **Culinary Skills, Food Preparation, Teamwork, Food Safety, Infection Control, Creative Cooking, Meal Preparation, and Standard Precautions.** The Registered Nurse position requires proficiency in **Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Nursing, Physical Assessments, Cognitive Assessments, Plan of Care, Team Collaboration, Communication, and Observation Skills.** The CNA position necessitates skills in **Personal Care, Activities of Daily Living, Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Transferring, Feeding, Communication, Independence, Dependability, Diversity Awareness, Continuing Education, and English Proficiency.** All three positions are on-site roles. The Cook position is part-time, with shifts primarily on weekends. The Registered Nurse positions offer both full-time and part-time options with shifts including every other weekend and alternate holidays.
