Capital City Club has a team of 201-500 employees. Capital City Club currently has three open positions. These on-site roles offer the opportunity to become part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional service. **Bartender-Downtown:** This full-time position requires applicants to have open availability. Bartenders will be responsible for providing members and their guests with exceptional beverages and services. Requirements include being a minimum of 21 years of age and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and have detail-oriented abilities. Two years of bartending experience is requested, with experience in private clubs being a plus. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems is necessary, and experience with the NorthStar p.o.s. system is a plus. Applicants should also be able to stand for long periods and possess a high-energy, fun-loving personality with a positive attitude. **Dish Washer:** This on-site role involves cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and other areas; maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas; washing dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment; ensuring areas are stocked with supplies; and sanitizing restrooms and common areas. Other responsibilities include setting up tables, chairs, and furniture; preparing and setting up buffet tables; assisting with breakdown after events; and monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies. **Summer Swim Coach/Instructor:** The Aquatics department is seeking a Summer Swim Coach/Instructor. The role involves teaching in a rapidly growing swim program, developing swimmers of all levels, providing basic lessons, and assisting with skill refinement. Qualifications include Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR/AED certifications, plus WSI or SSI certification, and swim coaching experience is required. The Bartender-Downtown position requires proficiency in point-of-sale systems, with experience with the NorthStar p.o.s. system being a plus.
