Responsibilities include building relationships with government officials, supporting the sales cycle, and advocating for legislative changes. The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD. The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or strategic partnerships/business development. * **Customer Experience Manager - NY:** This on-site role is located in New York. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with transportation customers, including school district transportation teams and school bus operators. They will also monitor fleet performance, analyze data, and facilitate service processes. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience managing customer relationships and process improvements in a post-installation technical customer-facing support environment. Bachelor's degree is required.
