These on-site positions are located at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Brooklyn, NY 11205, and focus on the Yard Opportunity Shop (YOS), a rotating retail incubator. The roles are: * **Retail Outreach & Events:** This role involves collaborating with entrepreneurs to plan and execute outreach strategies, assisting with event logistics, documenting programs, developing marketing tactics, tracking outreach efforts, and creating content for the YOS. * **Retail Operations:** The responsibilities for this role include supporting point-of-sale and daily retail operations, monitoring inventory, researching merchandising strategies, observing and documenting customer behavior, and analyzing sales data. **Laborer:** A custodial laborer position is available. This on-site role, located in Brooklyn, NY 11205, offers an hourly rate of $24.00. The position is non-exempt and part of Local 3. The Custodial Laborer will provide routine office and grounds cleaning, including restrooms, floors, and walls, as well as snow removal and event setup. **YOS Spring Intern:** A second YOS Spring Intern position is open, also with a salary range of $17.00 hourly, located on-site in Brooklyn, NY 11205. The roles utilize several technologies.
