Internship opportunities are available in the following Departments: Training and Development, Lending, Digital Innovation and Transformation, Information Technology, Operations/ Branches: Cooper City, Margate, Lauderhill, Pembroke Pines, Electronic Funds Transfer Department, and Accounting. This on-site position focuses on assisting members in meeting their financial needs and goals within BrightStar's branches by offering consumer and business products and services. The Member Relationship Specialist Floater will support and travel to each branch location as business dictates. Responsibilities include providing a rewarding experience, understanding member financial priorities, processing teller transactions, and meeting sales goals. This role requires a high school education or GED and one to three years of similar experience. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, including building relationships and first-level conflict resolution. Weekend hours may be required.
