Responsibilities include creating and coordinating activities, communicating with staff and residents, cultivating community resources, creating a monthly activity calendar, coordinating special events, maintaining equipment, arranging transportation, and developing a volunteer base. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in creating and coordinating activities for older adults, the ability to train, supervise, lead and motivate people, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. **Life Enrichment Director:** (Identical Description to above.) The roles require skills in several key areas.
