Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, a minimum of 5-7 years of professional work experience, and 3+ years of human resources experience preferred. This position is open to candidates in Delaware, the Greater DC Metro Area, or the Ohio area. * **Senior HR Principal:** This remote position involves providing human resources consulting and client service for HR retainer and project-based engagements. The role includes partnering with organizational leadership, designing and implementing HR programs, and serving as a trusted advisor. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, and 7+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience is required. This role requires strong business acumen and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. This position is open to candidates in Delaware, the Greater DC Metro Area, or the Ohio area.
