The candidate must be able to work precisely and have a team-oriented approach. 2. **AUSBILDUNG // FACHKRAFT FÜR METALLTECHNIK (M/W/D) // ROTTENBURG // BEGINN: 09.2026:** This is a two-year apprenticeship focused on assembly technology, starting in September 2026. Training will be conducted at the Rottenburg location and at the Rottenburg vocational school. The ideal candidate should have a good secondary school or high school diploma and an interest in mathematics and physics. Interest in technical contexts and manual skills are required, as are independence, spatial awareness, self-motivation, perseverance, and concentration. Problem-solving skills and a sense of responsibility are also necessary, as are openness, teamwork, and communication skills. 3. **ENTWICKLUNGSINGENIEUR VERDICHTER (M/W/D):** This position is for a Development Engineer specializing in compressors, located at the production site and competence center in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen. The role involves designing and providing prototypes and testing equipment. Key responsibilities include designing and constructing compressor components and testing equipment, designing refrigeration components, preparing and evaluating tests, coordinating material flow, and working with production, quality assurance, purchasing, and suppliers. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Refrigeration Engineering, or an equivalent technical training with further qualifications. Experience in control and regulation technology, valve design, and experience with CAD systems (preferably Siemens NX), and ERP systems (SAP) is required. Experience with displacement or flow compressors is also necessary. The roles involve using a variety of technologies. The MONTIERER ANLAGENSYSTEME role requires mechanical assembly, the ability to read technical drawings, quality control skills, and teamwork. The role also includes elements of electrical installation. The trainee role involves Mathematics, Physics, Technical Understanding, Manual Skills, as well as experience with CNC technology and pneumatic control technology. The Development Engineer role involves mechanical engineering, refrigeration technology, control engineering, experience with valve design, using CAD Systems, and using SAP.
