BioTAB Healthcare is currently hiring for three positions: **Vascular Sales Specialist – Boston:** This on-site role involves building and maintaining relationships with clinicians for pneumatic compression device sales and patient education, focusing on managing chronic conditions in both specialty civilian and veteran affairs (government) hospitals. Responsibilities include providing sales of BioTAB Healthcare PCDs to Veteran Affairs and Government Healthcare Accounts, and sales of the Arterial PCD (E0675) to Vascular, Wound Care, and Podiatric clinicians. The specialist will serve as a subject matter expert on PAD, lymphedema, venous, and wound disorders, and requires a strong understanding of both civilian healthcare policies and Veterans Affairs (VA) hospital operations. This role also includes developing and implementing sales strategies and educating healthcare professionals & patients about the company's products and services. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. A proven track record in outside sales, particularly in healthcare or medical device sales, is required. **Territory Manager – Alexandria, VA:** This on-site role involves providing pneumatic compression devices to patients as prescribed by physicians or referred by therapists. The Clinical Territory Manager is also responsible for presenting and demonstrating the company's products as a subject matter expert in the disease states the company’s products assist in treating including lymphatic and venous and arterial disorders. The role requires an expert understanding of the entire patient process and revenue cycle for all insurance payers. A Bachelor's Degree or prior BioTAB experience is required. Two years of sales or relatable life experience is also required. **Patient Advocate:** This on-site role closes the loop for every patient. The Patient Advocate assists patients with post-order inquiries and provides technical product knowledge. Responsibilities include reconciling shipments, verifying and reconciling orders, resolving garment and pump issues. The Patient Advocate role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. A High School diploma or equivalent is required; associates/bachelor’s degree preferred. Also, 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
