BESA has three job openings available: * **Compliance & Customer Service Administrator - Maternity Cover:** This temporary, part-time role is for up to 12 months, starting in February 2026. The position requires on-site work, with 21 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The role involves managing the onboarding journey for new and renewing members and providing customer support. The role involves delivering a high-quality customer experience across C&C's schemes, including Refcom and BESCA. The responsibilities encompass scheme administration, desktop auditing, compliance monitoring, and CAS audit facilitation.
