Travel may be required for study and sponsor-related activities. * **Bilingual (Spanish) Contact Center Specialist:** This remote position involves providing customer service to patients. The Contact Center Specialist will handle a high volume of calls, route urgent symptoms, manage patient intake, schedule appointments, and provide accurate data entry.
