Bamboo Health currently has three open positions. **Sr. Software Engineer:** This remote position focuses on ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of production systems across multiple applications and services. The Sr. Software Engineer investigates and resolves production issues, improves observability and incident response, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. The role requires experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role focused on system reliability and operations. Candidates should have a strong understanding of SQL and database fundamentals and be comfortable with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Proficiency in Ruby is required, along with the ability to read, debug, and contribute to application code. **Sr. Analytics Engineer:** This remote position is for someone passionate about data and creating user-facing data products. The Sr. Analytics Engineer will work with the Analytics and Visualization team and internal stakeholders to develop reporting solutions. Responsibilities include designing and managing data pipelines, developing dashboards, and acting as the technical authority on reporting components. This role requires experience with data warehousing concepts and data visualization software such as Tableau or Looker. Familiarity with SQL and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB) is also necessary. **Product Owner I:** This is a remote role for a Product Owner who will collaborate with product, engineering, and account management teams to support the development and maintenance of a pharmacy data clearinghouse. The Product Owner I will be involved with data ingestion and analytics support, collaborating with the engineering team on sprints, and communicating product status to stakeholders. This role requires experience working as a product owner with data-related technologies or in a data engineering organization. Familiarity with SQL and Python, or similar programming languages, is required.
