Assemble is currently hiring for the following roles: * **Events Administrator:** This hybrid position is based in the Toronto HQ, located downtown. The Events Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for event delegates, facilitating their participation through consistent communication. Responsibilities include assisting with bios, event agenda details, hotel reservations, flight arrangements, and other logistical requirements. They will provide support in scheduling one-on-one meetings, distribute event calendar invitations, ensure the event website is updated, manage and maintain planning software, assist in the creation of onsite materials, conduct research and manage the booking of event entertainment, coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers and staff, oversee event inventory, seek feedback from senior team members, stay informed about industry trends, foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with other departments. A background in Special Events Planning, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure, or a related field is preferred. * **Sponsorship Sales Executive:** This hybrid role is based in the heart of Downtown Toronto and offers the opportunity for occasional travel to events. The Sponsorship Sales Executive will be responsible for researching, generating leads, and contacting top-level decision-making executives relevant to sponsor events. This role also involves proactively identifying new business opportunities, keeping up-to-date with industry trends, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with departments to ensure event success. * **Membership Director (ESG/CSR Community):** This is a remote position. The Membership Director for Board.org will lead a group of senior-level executives. They will facilitate high-level, peer-to-peer conversations through email discussions, conference calls, and in-person meetings. Responsibilities include developing relevant discussion topics, facilitating valuable dialogue, leading complex discussions, learning about real-world problems, building relationships with members, defending community integrity, and managing membership account health.
