Ardent Property Management, a real estate company, is currently hiring. With a team of 11-50 employees, Ardent Property Management is looking to expand its team. Ardent Property Management has three open positions: **1. Leasing Consultant:** This on-site, full-time position requires a professional appearance and attitude. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive professional personal appearance and attitude, ensuring sales areas are always “show ready”, creating/managing/maintaining phone, email, and in-person leads, greeting and building rapport with potential and current residents, effectively communicating with prospective residents, providing in-person and virtual tours, being sales-driven, following up on potential residents, creating/updating online ads, and working within AppFolio (management software), and Microsoft Office. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:30 am-6:00 pm, Saturday 9:30 am-5:00 pm, and Sunday 11:30 am-5:00 pm, with two days off Monday-Friday. The role offers competitive wages, commission, vacation/personal time, and benefits, including a 401K. Two years of sales and customer service experience are preferred. A Driver's License is required. **2. Property Manager:** This on-site, full-time position involves managing all aspects of the property, including the leasing team. Responsibilities include maintaining positive relationships with tenants, advertising and marketing vacancies, managing annual budgets and delinquency, overseeing property appearance and performance, collecting rent, handling resident complaints, scheduling unit turns, and accomplishing financial goals. Exceptional customer service skills, the ability to lead a team, and competency in MS Office are essential. A Driver's License is required. The typical start time is 8 AM and the end time is 4:30 PM. The role offers a competitive base salary, quarterly bonus & commission, and other company benefits. One year of Property Management and Management experience are preferred. **3. Maintenance Technician (Lancaster):** This on-site position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves handling daily maintenance tasks like plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and more. It also involves turning units, utilizing diagnostic skills, and participating in an on-call schedule. Other responsibilities include property maintenance like addressing exterior and interior maintenance issues and conducting inspections. Requirements include personal tools, a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and availability for on-call duties. Experience in Multi-Family Maintenance is preferred. An EPA Certification is preferred, but not mandatory. The schedule is Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
