Responsibilities include developing and managing safety and quality systems, leading 3rd party audits, managing 3rd party service providers, leading internal audits, communicating effectively regarding the QMS, and assessing staff training requirements. Candidates need an in-depth understanding of food safety regulations and quality systems, exceptional communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and managerial and leadership skills. Essential requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline, experience in a comparable role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * **Technical Compliance Manager- Chilled:** This role is similar to the Technical Compliance Manager role, focusing on ensuring that the company's products adhere to safety and quality standards, managing and continuously improving technical compliance systems. Responsibilities include developing and managing safety and quality systems, leading 3rd party audits, managing 3rd party service providers, leading internal audits, communicating effectively regarding the QMS, and assessing staff training requirements.
