ACT-ON has three open positions: * **Stage PFE 2026 - Data innovation / Data Analyst H/F:** This is an on-site internship for a Data Analyst role. The Data Analyst will be part of a Data project team and will work on tasks such as understanding and defining business needs, validating needs within DataViz solutions, and accompanying different métiers. This role requires a Bac+5 in a business school or management university and starts in February 2026. * **Stage PFE 2026 - Data innovation / IA H/F:** This is an on-site internship for a data scientist. This role requires a Bac+5 from an engineering school or university and starts in February 2026. This role involves designing and implementing AI projects, including matching internal skills to internal needs, creating an intelligent HR assistant, personalized onboarding, predictive analysis, and HR data alerting. * **Consultant(e) SIRH Junior – Stage de fin d'étude H/F:** This is an on-site internship for a Consultant in HRIS. The role involves working on projects to support clients with their HR information systems (SIRH). The intern will be involved in optimizing performance and processes and deploying and maintaining solutions. The internship lasts 5 to 6 months and is located at Esplanade de la Défense, with a start date as soon as possible. A possible CDI is available. The roles utilize a variety of technologies. The data innovation roles involve technologies such as Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Dashboarding, Reporting, AI, and Machine Learning. The Consultant role involves working with a variety of SIRH systems, including eTemptation [Horoquartz], Chronos [Asys], Kelio [Kelio, anciennement Bodet Software], SAP SF (Successfactors), Talentsoft, Workday, Cornerstone (LMS), Oracle HCM, HR ACCESS, SAGE, CEGID, ADP (Decidium or Link), SAP, and Silae.
