These roles are all on-site positions located in Owego, NY: * **2nd Shift _ Residence Aide _ Owego, NY:** The Residence Aide provides training and supervision to residents in activities of daily living (ADL) skills. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, household management tasks (cooking, housekeeping, laundry), money management, and community integration. This role requires completing documentation accurately and within specified timeframes, and administering medications according to procedure. The candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, possess a valid NY State driver's license, and obtain certifications in Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid, and SCIP. * **2nd shift _ Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) Owego, NY:** The Assistant Residence Manager provides training, supervision and assistance to residents with ADL skills and directly participates in daily household management. Key responsibilities include supervising Residence Aides, providing training in personal care and independent living skills, coordinating social/recreational activities, and managing resident finances. Additional duties involve crisis intervention, first aid, medication administration oversight, and documentation. Candidates must hold a High School diploma and possess a valid NY State driver’s license. * **Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) _ Carlton Street:** Similar to the Owego ARM position, this role also provides training, supervision, and assistance to residents with ADL skills while participating in daily household management. The ARM role requires overseeing Residence Aides, training in personal care, independent living skills, and financial management.
