A-Tech Commercial Parts and Service is currently hiring for three on-site positions in Windsor, CT: * **Service Support Specialist:** This full-time position requires the individual to support multiple departments and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, assisting dispatch, creating work orders, maintaining accurate billing notes, inputting new equipment data, preparing and processing customer billing, completing administrative tasks, addressing customer inquiries, developing customer and internal team relationships, and supporting estimate preparation and general service documentation. Candidates should have previous billing and/or customer service experience, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively, be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills are required. The role also involves collaborating with the team, contributing to a positive office environment, and supporting the Branch Manager. The pay is up to $25/hour, based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage; a 401(k) program with company match; and paid time off. * **COMMERCIAL COOKING TECHNICIAN:** This on-site role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment. The technician will perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency service calls. This role requires installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment. The technician must provide excellent customer service, complete service calls promptly, identify new customer opportunities, participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules, and maintain the service vehicle. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair or equivalent military technical roles, along with electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills. The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for qualifying technicians and a pay range of $25.00-$50.00+ per hour, based on experience.
