A Better Solution in Home Care is looking for dedicated individuals to join their team. They have three open positions: **1. Lead Caregiver - Independent Living Community:** This on-site position requires an Active HCA or CNA, and involves providing 1:1 care while managing multiple clients. Responsibilities include medication reminders, bathing and dressing, transporting to meals, light housekeeping, pet care, assistance with exercises and walking. The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 7am to 12pm, with a minimum of 20 guaranteed hours per week. The Lead Caregiver will also be responsible for communicating with families and the office as needed. Other responsibilities include caregiver onboarding, ensuring documentation is timely and accurate, scheduling client care visits, and participating in staff meetings. A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of related experience are required. **2. Caregiver CNA/HCA:** This on-site role involves providing compassionate care for seniors in the Stanwood and Camano areas. The position offers day shifts, Monday through Friday, ranging from short visits to 6-hour shifts. Responsibilities include personal care, transfers & ambulation, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship & supervision. Caregiver CNA/HCA:** This on-site position involves providing care for seniors in the greater Stanwood area and beyond. Shifts range from 4 hours to 24-hour live-in care.
