This role is created for individuals with the potential to run their own Crisp & Green location. Minimum requirements include 1-2 years of previous management/supervisory experience and 3 years of customer service experience. Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including at least 50 hours per week. **3. Team Member: Service:** This on-site role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere. Team Members are responsible for food preparation, service, and cleaning according to brand standards. Responsibilities include guest service, food preparation and execution, operational cleanliness, and teamwork. No prior experience is required, but fast-casual experience is preferred. Candidates must have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, is required.
