The company has a size of 51-200 employees. 755 E Lake St LLC has three open positions available: **1. General Manager:** This on-site role involves day-to-day restaurant operations and management. The General Manager will mentor the team, manage front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, and provide an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing future leaders. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of previous management/supervisory experience and 5 years of customer service experience. They must also be able to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including at least 50 hours per week. Preferred candidates will have restaurant industry management experience and strong organizational skills. **2. Assistant General Manager (Crisp & Green):** This on-site position focuses on day-to-day operations and creating a positive guest experience. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will mentor the team and manage FOH and BOH operations. Responsibilities include shift leadership, people management, operational excellence, financial stewardship, guest experience, and brand/culture promotion. This role is created for individuals with the potential to run their own Crisp & Green location. Minimum requirements include 1-2 years of previous management/supervisory experience and 3 years of customer service experience. Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including at least 50 hours per week. **3. Team Member: Service:** This on-site role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere. Team Members are responsible for food preparation, service, and cleaning according to brand standards. Responsibilities include guest service, food preparation and execution, operational cleanliness, and teamwork. No prior experience is required, but fast-casual experience is preferred. Candidates must have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, is required. The roles utilize a variety of skills and technologies. All three positions require on-site presence. **1.
